Capability

Our company has metal, wood, silk screen printing and acrylic production lines, which can do processing on linear type materials, plate type materials, tube type materials and metal materials, as well as acrylic materials and wood materials.

Metal Lines and related equipment: Our production base covers 20,000 square meters. Here we have rolling machines, panel pressing machines, bending machines, welding machines, punching machines, drilling machines and grinding machines. We can do processing on all kinds of metal.

Wood Lines: We have two wood processing joint venture companies, which cover 10,000 square meters. The main equipment is all sorts of panel pressing machines, auto edge banding machines, big cutting machines, etc. We can do processing on MDF panels, high density panels, melamine panels and hardwood. What's more, the wood production line is equipped with a big water curtain type spray painting machine.

Silk Screen Printing Lines: Currently, we have three production lines: one fully automatic and two semi-automatic lines. We can produce high-precision printing products. The image is highly distinctive. The size under 50*60cm can achieve 110 lines of precision; beyond this size the precision can be about 30-60 lines.

Acrylic Line: This line is equipped with big vacuum plastic suction machines, big panel cutting machines, plasma carving machines and laser carving machines, etc. The highest vacuum plastic suction can reach 30mm. The crystal letters and model carving are also available. The deepest carving capability is 30mm. These machines can also deal with complex shapes and surface treatment. They can operate independently or simultaneously with metal or wood.
